For payment we accept :

Credit Card on-line handling by PayPal (very safe and very Secure !!!)
If you really hate on-line handling of your card, we can also do it manually at our office. Please e-mail us and ask for our credit card fill-out form. Then you can FAX this back to us.
iDEAL transaction. (only for The Netherlands)
Pre-Pay by Bank Transfer. We send you a proforma invoice by e-mail with our banking details. You pay by electronics banking. At receipt of your payment we ship to you.

We have to follow the European VAT regulations
In our webshop we have 2 options for on-line credit card processing.

If you are a company in the EU (Except Dutch companies) or outside EU :
Please choose: PayPal/Credit Card (Master/Visa) *** NO VAT/BTW ***
We will send a manual payment request via the PayPal network. Please wait for this.

If you are a private-person (not a company)
Please choose : PayPal/Credit Card
Now you can immediately pay on-line, including 19% VAT

We work with GLS Parcel Service.
This is a high quality European parcel distributor that is delivering you at fast speed against low pricing. Advantage is that the parcel is traceable! Also your country has a GLS office.

Important for delivery !

Because GLS is a Parcel Service, their must be somebody PRESENT at the delivery address.
The GLS driver is getting out of his car and will ring on your door to deliver the parcel. When you take receipt of the parcel, you have to sign for receipt. If there is nobody home, the driver will go away and the delivery will not take place. They only come back 1 time !
That's why it is important that you give us a delivery address were all the time people are present.

If you can not receive the parcel at home, don't worry ! Then just do the following :

- Give your work address as delivery address.
- Let the delivery address be of somebody else that is home all the time. (parents, grandparents, etc)
- Make arrangements with your (near) neighbours
